BMTC and CASABOT Partner to Bring the AI Home to the UAE, Unveiling the BMTC AI Home Innovation Hub in Dubai
October 27, 2026 — DUBAI, UAE: Bahri & Mazroei Trading Company (BMTC), part of Bahri & Mazroei Group, and CASABOT, the Dubai-headquartered developer of privacy-first home intelligence, have joined forces to bring the AI Home to the United Arab Emirates, with BMTC appointed as System Integrator for CASABOT solutions across the country. The partnership brings together CASABOT's next-generation home intelligence platform and BMTC's 58 years of experience in lighting, electrical and intelligent building systems.
Founded in 2025 and headquartered in DIFC, Dubai, CASABOT has developed a platform that redefines how homes think and respond. Its local device-unification layer, HiveOS, brings more than 3,000 device brands across leading protocols, including KNX, DALI, Matter, Zigbee and Z-Wave, into a single system, while its AI agent, BOTty, understands natural language in 92 languages and dialects. Built on a privacy-first architecture in which no resident data is stored outside the home, the platform aligns with the UAE Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031 and the nation's ambition to lead in the adoption of AI.
Under the partnership, BMTC will lead the design, specification, installation, commissioning and after-handover support of the CASABOT AI Home across residential developments, villas and hotels, bringing the same expertise that has contributed to landmarks such as Burj Khalifa, Dubai Metro and Dubai International Airport.
At the heart of the partnership is the BMTC AI Home Innovation Hub, a permanent, fully installed AI Home at BMTC's headquarters in Port Saeed, Dubai. Conceived as a live residence rather than a product display, the Hub invites developers, hotel operators, consultants and homeowners to speak to the home, move through its spaces and experience lighting, climate, security and entertainment responding as one seamless system. The Hub will also serve as a dedicated training ground for BMTC's technical teams.
