About the Role:
 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Design & Estimation Engineer to join our Lighting Division. In this role, you will work on a variety of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects—supporting clients with innovative, cost-effective lighting solutions from concept to proposal stage.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop lighting layouts and design calculations using software such as Dialux/Relux and AutoCAD.
• Prepare technical submittals, BOQs, and estimation sheets in line with project specifications.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and client requirements to deliver accurate and competitive proposals.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for product selection, pricing, and technical data.
• Provide technical support to the sales team during the bidding and post-bid stages.
• Ensure compliance with relevant lighting standards, codes, and project requirements.
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in lighting design and estimation.
• Proficient in Dialux/Relux, AutoCAD, and MS Office; knowledge of Revit is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of lighting products, control systems, and applications.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Based in Dubai or available to join on short notice.
