About the Role:

Are you passionate about developing talent and driving learning initiatives? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative Arabic-speaking Learning & Development Facilitator to lead impactful training programs for the whole group — both locals and expats talents. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in shaping our workforce for the future.
 

What You’ll Do

• Help establish a centralized training academy for leadership, functional and behavioral learning journey
• Conduct training needs analysis to align with business goals.
• Lead onboarding and skills development programs..
• Work with business leader and external sources to design and create content for training modules.
• Deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual training sessions.
• Track training outcomes and evaluating program effectiveness.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning and growth.
   

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
• Hands-on experience in L&D facilitation and content development.
• Proficient in tools like Articulate, Moodle, MS Teams.
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to engage and develop UAE Nationals
• Based in Dubai or available to join immediately.
